These are the sets Indian companies hand a new joiner on day one, and the ones that go out at Diwali when the budget has to stretch across a few hundred people. Forty nine options below, from a ball pen with a rotating keychain up to a 190 page hardbound diary with a matching roller pen.
Everything here is made and branded in our Kurla workshop in Mumbai and ships across India. Minimum order is five sets. Rates are on request because branding, box and freight change with every order.

How to choose a 2 in 1 set
Four groups sit on this page and they suit different people. Here is how buyers usually split them.
What the rate does and does not cover
The rate we quote is for the product. Three things are quoted on top, and we put all three in writing before you confirm.
Branding
Laser engraving or printing, priced by how many items in the set carry your logo.
Packaging
The presentation box, plus a printed sleeve or rigid box if you want one.
Freight
By weight and pin code, so Mumbai costs less than Guwahati.
We do it this way because a flat all in price would mean overcharging the Mumbai order to cover the one going further.
Questions we get asked
What is in a 2 in 1 gift set?
Two items in one presentation box. The most common pairings are a pen with a keychain, a pen with a card holder, and a diary with a matching pen. Every set arrives boxed, so it can be handed over as it is.
What is the minimum order?
Five sets. That applies to every item on this page and there is no separate minimum for branding.
Is branding included in the rate?
No. The rate covers the product. Logo engraving or printing, the gift box and freight are quoted on top, because each one changes with your logo, your box choice and your delivery city. All three go in writing before you confirm.
Which set suits a new joiner?
For most office roles a pen and keychain set works and keeps the per-head cost low. For managers and sales teams a diary and pen set lands better because the diary gets used daily and carries your logo into meetings.
How long does an order take?
Seven to ten working days from the day you approve the branding mock-up. Tell us your date and we will confirm straight away rather than promise and slip.
Can we mix sets in one order?
Yes. Order 20 diary and pen sets for managers and 80 pen and keychain sets for everyone else in the same purchase order.
